1. Decide what you ultimately want.

Think with the end in mind. Identify the exact end result you want to achieve. Be careful not to get caught up in the specifics, stay general.
Example: Do you want more free time? Do you want to get things done that are often procrastinated? Do you want to add more leads/customers to your list?

2. Make a list of tasks that will get you there.

If you want more free time, make a list of the most time-consuming tasks. If you want to stop procrastinating, make a list of tasks that you frequently put on the back burner. If you are looking to add more clients, make a list of who you want to target and why.

3. Delegate it!

Delegate what you can from your list! You’ll be amazed by your increased productivity once you let an expert take over.
